For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express and participate with Care Credit. Care Credit offers extended payment options forHealthcare services. Our office also accepts personal checks.

Please note that photo identification and social security number is required with all credit and check payments. Due to the rise in credit card theft, we are unable to accept credit card payments without the cardholder present.

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered.

If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at our Landsowne office (703) 723-7858 or Chantilly office (703) 668-9494. Your treatment plan will be provided to you before surgery. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear up any misunderstandings.

It is our office policy to obtain Social Security Numbers. You have the right to refuse to provide this required information, however, you will be responsible for paying all balances in full at the time services are rendered. Also, you will be responsible for filing any insurance claims on your own for reimbursement. Lansdowne Oral Surgery & Chantilly Oral Surgery will provide you with a second receipt to assist in obtaining a refund directly from your insurance company.

In the absence of social security numbers, personal/business checks and credit cards will not be accepted as a form of payment for today or for future services. Cash will be required for all payments. Banks/ATM Machines are conveniently located within walking distance from each office.

Your prompt remittance is appreciated. Procedures that are not covered by your insurance will be the patient’s responsibility in full. Procedures not covered under insurance policy are not subject insurance adjustment/write-off. If you need a second copy of your receipt for reimbursement Flexable Spending Reimbursement, or Secondary Insurance Submission, please let the front desk know before you leave.
