For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at Lansdowne (703)723-7858 & Chantilly (703)668-9494. Your treatment plan will be provided to you before surgery.  Many times, a simple telephone call will clear up any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Most insurance companies will respond to claims within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. Procedures that are not covered by your insurance will not be submitted on your claim.  If you need a second copy of your reciept for reimbursment, please let the front desk know before you leave.
