To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. We participate with a wide range of Insurances, but not every plan.  Please call the office is you have questions about which plans we are in-network with.  Bring your medical and dental  insurance cards with you to the consultation so that we can expedite reimbursement. 

We will give you an estimate of your financial responsibility according to your insurance benefits.  This is not a guarantee of insurance payment.
