I had a solid Wisdom Tooth extraction experience with this location. I had to get #1, 16, and 32 removed from my mouth (both tops and the bottom right one for those who don't know the official numbering for teeth), and the process was pretty easy. I opted for the Laughing Gas approach, for reference. They made sure that I didn't have to worry about the procedure by giving me all the necessary precautions as well as a pamphlet of what to do and not do (probably standard for surgery places, but they do it too). The surgery itself was also pretty quick easy since Dr. Pham and his assistant (I forget her name, I apologize) made sure that I had enough novocaine to not feel any of the pain (just pressure) when cutting my bottom wisdom tooth in half and yanking out all three teeth. Recovery was also pretty easy, so no issues here. The only thing I would criticize about the place was sending an $8.40 bill that they forgot to charge me at the time of surgery. I had to come back to pay for that, but that's just a minor inconvenience that doesn't deserve a docked score or anything. This office is great! The receptionist was also great and easy to work with. You would normally expect receptionists to be easy to work with, but sometimes that's not the case with other locations (one of my friends talked about her eye doctor's receptionist being a total jerk to her). As such, you got nothing to fear here as she's pretty great!
