I was very nervous over a biopsy I was scheduled to get done. The entire office was kind and Dr. Pham put me completely at ease. He told me every step of the procedure and very gentle. Dr. Pham’s office gave me plenty of fun swag to enjoy. The high-quality t-shirt is a really nice touch. The office followed up the next day and once again provided me Dr. Pham’s direct phone number in case I ran into issues during off hours and this was also a long holiday weekend. Dr Pham is excellent! I had extractions and implants. He explained the procedure to me thoroughly more than once and was very patient with me as I had many questions. I left the office knowing everything I needed to know before the procedures. The office staff is warm and friendly and follows up with you in a very timely manner if you call the office. The technicians that work with Dr Pham, also make you feel very comfortable. I would recommend Dr Pham to anyone needing any kind of oral surgery and implants.
