My consultation was clear and answered all my questions. They got me into an appointment to remove my wisdom teeth quickly. I really liked that you could call the surgeon even when the business was closed for questions. He did a great job being quick and kind while taking out all four of my wisdom teeth in just an hour. When I had some mild pain at the start they stopped for ten minutes to let me inhale more laughing gas to ensure the rest of the procedure would be pain free. The procedure itself was very easy to deal with and I would absolutely recommend this surgeon. I’m recovering very quickly and in less pain than I expected, the surgeon is clearly very skilled. My only complaint is that some of the directions given were contradictory and confusing. For example, I got a text message saying to start antibiotics the day before surgery, but the prescription bottle itself said not to take it until after surgery. Furthermore, I received multiple papers with varying information. One said to start mouth rinse 24 hours after surgery and another said to wait 48 hours. There were one or two more errors like this. This made my pre and post surgery experience a bit more stressful and confusing than it had to be. I think if these inconsistencies were smoothed out this location would be a perfect five stars. Just be prepared to read everything over and ask a lot of clarifying questions.
