Doctor Pham is a great doctor and truly an expert in what he does. The only thing scarier than the dentist is oral surgery. I had to have a bad root canal extracted and have an implant done. Dr Pham took his time to explain the procedure as well as options. I like that he let me know that there were cheaper options along with the pros and cons to each. In the end, I chose to go with the option that although pricey, was the one he recommended and would be the best for the health of my teeth and jaw. Dr. Pham made sure that I had plenty of local anesthetic and constantly kept making sure that I was ok and wasn’t experiencing and pain. I think the part that really stood out at the end was how he gave me his personal cell phone and told me to call him if I was having any problems. He also personally called me on a Saturday (my procedure was on Friday) just to check in and make sure I was doing ok and my pain was managed. In this day and age, many times when I am a patient, sometimes I feel like I am just cattle being herded into a room for a quick visit from the doctor for 5 minutes and everything feels rushed. I was very happy with my experience with Dr Pham and I have told other friends and family about him. He’s definitely an expert and I can tell he’s clearly done thousands of procedures by his confidence and precision while he was working on me. Highly recommended,
